Hi, my name is Stew McCulloch and I've been an artist since my childhood. I really began seriously in my 30's as a photographer. Photography was my life, I always thought I'd die on the job. Unfortunatly fate had other ideas and sickness took away my ability to carry heavy film cameras. I started painting on my computer and now, this is my life!
You're already on the site so look at the top of the screen, pick a title you think might interest you, and look around, then give me your opinion. After that look further and write again.
thank you; Stew
My offices were always drab until I visited the Winnipeg Art Gallery. Next I went to the art gallery I suggested leaving some of my own work, they agreed and they sold some of my stuff. I went full time into photographry and later into painting. My "stuff" now is great and selling well on my own. You can now have these pieces for 50% off. Originals or limited edition prints for as low A $49.50 (REG $99.00) for a 7 1/2x11 (framed without glass). Big enough and beautiful in a childs room, possibly a polar bear or a lion, And for your room an abstract print 13x19 for only $99.50 (reg $199.00 same framing). Larger 26x38 prints are limited to 10 prints at $132.50 each (reg$375.00) They are stretcher frame mounted on canvas, like the original.
These prints look great in a living room or bedroom and are big enough to look like an original, as a matter of fact lots of my originals are this size or smaller.
Remember 50% off end at midnight new years eve. Once we are in 2018, it's back to regular prices, well we might have another sale sometime on limited parts of the site. This sale is on ALL MY WORK!!!
In a world that is dominated by the digital intelligence, the conventional methods of making portraits and similar artifacts is a thing of the past. People prefer to move forward with the time, and it is the time of sophisticated elements of digital beauty.
Digital portrait paintings too are a gift of the digital technology that has made it so much easier and faster to get personal portraits or portraits of your favorite things. Unlike traditional paintings, one doesn’t have to sit patiently for hours to get the portrait done. All it takes is a click using a digital camera and use of digital skills to convert it into an oil or water colour painting.
To paint a much clearer picture of portrait photography and digital portraits, many celebrated authors are publishing a collection of their works on the changing face of portrait photography and digital portraits. These books are a deeper and a vivid look at the history of these art forms. In the modern times, it is essential to understand the properties of digital portrait paintings that make them a wonderful investment. The quality of the digital paintings has been a subject of discussion and the result has been positive.
